Vasoprin 60 mg/75 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of angina (heart-related chest pain). It is a combination of two medicines that are helpful in preventing future episodes of angina.

Vasoprin 60 mg/75 mg Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body and makes sure that your heart is getting a good supply of oxygen. This makes it less likely that you will suffer chest pain caused by angina. Besides, it also contains a blood thinner, Aspirin, that prevents the formation of blood clots and also prevents the existing ones from growing bigger in size. This helps the blood flow freely around your body thereby preventing a heart attack or stroke (or deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism).
This medicine can help increase your ability to exercise and go about your daily life more easily by reducing the frequency of angina attacks. You should take it regularly and as long as it is prescribed for it to work effectively.

Side Effects

Vasoprin 60 mg/75 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Isosorbide Mononitrate and Aspirin which prevent future episodes of angina. Isosorbide mononitrate dilates the blood vessels of the body. As a result, work load on the heart is reduced which in turn decreases heart-related chest pain. Aspirin is an antiplatelet medicine. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
